The service can be inconsistent. One time being your drink taste amazing others bland and Really a waste of time. Overall service is slow so give yourself plenty of time to hangout but the people are nice to talk to while waiting!
This was our first experience with eating inside. The dining room was in need of attention. Dried up coffee spills were on 90% of the tables and donut holes and crumbs were on the floor. Forgot to put cheese on our egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. Potatoes were lukewarm. Sandwiches were not warm until I took them back for cheese. Gave 2 stars for good coffee and friendly service.
Dont know how this place has 3.9 stars, save yourself the gas and time and go to the next closest one
This location is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I have been in. The staff has no clue what they are doing! Slow isn’t even a word to describe their speed. The only person that seems to care is the older lady that works the register. It’s a shame that for such a prime location the staff could care less about the customers time. I started stopping about a Lillie over a month ago and thought maybe the speed and customer service would improve. It has gotten worse. I cannot believe the managers or supervisors of this location can’t see this problem. I recommend management being at this location or even corporate to see the problems with this location during peak times 7 am to 9am. There is no excuse for a 10 to 12 minute wait for a cup of coffee.
A register problem was quickly corrected. Had difficulty locating specific donuts and their names and was helped by two attendants. Donuts were fresh.
Terrible. Inconsistent from other dunkin, NONE of the staff knew what they were doing. I asked for a hot coffee to be made "not too hot" and it was just over lukewarm. Waited too long on order (after they figured out how to make it)
