Excellent customer service. Great balancing & front end alignment equipment. Had Southern Tire put a set of new Firestones on my truck three years ago. They did such a great job, the tires perfectly balanced and they use torque wrenches on the lug nuts. I just went back today to get a new set of tires. Same result. What a great place.
I have been a customer of Southern Tire for over 30 years for Business and personal and they have never let me down. I will always remember Christmas Eve about 30 years ago at their Waldorf branch, We had the family car in for new tires for Fl. vacation leaving right after they installed the new tires. The manager Tom Wallace came in to the customer waiting room where my 3 young boys and Wife and I were waiting with excitement to get on our vacation to see family in Fl. I could tell by the look in his face something was not good, Christmas Eve just minutes before closing time, Tom said we have bad news about your car but its good you got it in for tires because your not going anywhere more than a few more miles until its fixed, your ball joint is ready to fall apart and there are none available locally, Then the waterworks started when the wife told our young children the vacation is off cause Daddy didn't get the car into the shop sooner :-) Then Tom said Don't Worry ! Our Mechanic said he will stay as late as needed to get us on the road and a new ball joint was in route from King George Va. We will have you on your vacation before you know it (all Smiles) And within a few hours we were on the road to our Christmas Vacation. And on the Road to being a Southern Tire Customer for Life. Thanks Again Tom and Southern Tire !!!
