awful! i was there to pick up medicine my doctor called in for a breathing problem i have that's caused by stress. so, needless to say i was already in a fragile state. first of all, it was like an hour and a half before they filled it. then after i paid for it and was going to leave i noticed they did not give me my inhaler. went back and told them they didn't give it to me. the lady behind the counter with attitude all over her face was like it's $56 even w/ your insurance. do you still want it? ....me, yes i want it. i'm here for a breathing problem. are you serious? i felt my chest tighten as i got heated. how dare you presume what i can afford! i will NEVER do business with them again. somebody needs to come and check that place. they don't deserve that star!

Every time no matter what time of the day it is I get told that there is a 1.5 hour wait. That is just rediculious. Not only do I have long wait times but I have been using that pharmacy for the last 8 years filling my pain medication. For the last 8 months I have had to go to another pharmacy because they tell me that they don't have it. They need to hire better help and a pharmacist that knows how to fill prescriptions faster than what he or she does. There also have been a few times where they have lost my script and it took a few hours to find it. This Rite Aide has gone down hill fast.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Customer service is horrible and it should never ever take over 30 min top to fill a script period! Tidewater is nice I mean super nice and fast! St. Mary's pharmacy in Leonardtown are nice and fast as well!

Worst experience ever! Took my prescriptions in to be filled and they lost them. Then they tried to say it was my fault and if I in fact ever turned in scripts. They then took two hours in "looking" for them only to tell me that nothing could be done and I needed to leave because they were closing. Which by the way their website is wrong they are surely not open 24 hours. Never have I encountered such an obscene example of poor customer service!

The customer service is awful at best. Some of the cashiers and techs do try but aren't successful in providing good service. It's not even worth my time to go into the all of the details and examples of how bad this location is. A very quick example would be a pharmacist (still working there) who filled a prescription for childs ear drops and wrote on the label to instill the drops into the childs EYES three times a day. It's sad that after so many years they haven't managed to retain a good pharmacists at this location.
